1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or engaging Apparel Specialist for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our services
Apparel Specialist provides apparel sourcing and low-MOQ manufacturing services, including sample development, small-batch production, fabric and trim sourcing, and buying-office support. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Quotes & estimates
Figures shown by the website’s cost estimator, or given informally, are indicative only and are not a binding quote. Final pricing depends on fabric grade, construction complexity, trims, quantity, and other specifications, and is confirmed in a written quotation. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
4. Orders, samples & payment
Sampling and production proceed once a written quotation is accepted and any agreed deposit is received. Payment terms, milestones, and currency are set out in the quotation. Samples and bulk production begin only against an approved specification.
5. Lead times
Lead times we share (for example, 4–6 weeks for a first sample) are good-faith estimates. They can be affected by fabric availability, revision rounds, holidays, and shipping, and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your designs, tech packs, artwork, and brand materials. By engaging us, you grant us the limited right to use them only as needed to deliver your project. All content on this website — text, graphics, and code — belongs to Apparel Specialist and may not be reused without permission.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your designs, specifications, and business information as confidential and share them only with the production partners necessary to complete your project. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request.
8. Quality & liability
We manage quality control at every stage and inspect goods against your approved sample before shipment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid to us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Third-party services
This site uses third-party tools (such as a form handler and a booking widget) that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external services.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Dhaka, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the current one.
