Common
questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

50 units per style for most woven and jersey products. Knitwear and structured tailoring may require 100 units depending on the factory. We confirm the MOQ at the consultation stage once we understand your product.

How long does the full process take — first contact to delivered goods?

Typically 16–22 weeks for a first production run: 4–6 weeks sampling, 1–2 weeks approval, 8–12 weeks production, 2–3 weeks shipping. Rush timelines are possible for some products — ask us at the consultation stage.

I don't have a tech pack — can you still work with me?

Yes. We can work from a reference garment, detailed sketches, or a mood board. Our pattern makers will create a full tech pack as part of the sample development process. We recommend at least some written notes on fit, fabric preference, and any must-have design details.

Do you handle shipping and customs clearance?

We can quote ex-factory (you arrange freight) or on a delivered-duty-paid basis where we handle everything to your door. We work with trusted freight forwarders for sea and air shipments. Customs documentation and compliance paperwork are included either way.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes — factory visits are encouraged. We can coordinate your trip to Dhaka and arrange factory walkthroughs, sampling reviews, and production floor visits. Many of our clients visit once before the first production run and build a longer-term relationship from there.
