Pattern & proto
We make a pattern from your tech pack, or reverse-engineer one from a reference garment, and cut a first prototype in a suitable stand-in fabric.
From a tech pack, a sketch, or a garment you already love — we build a production-ready sample that fits, drapes, and finishes exactly the way you imagined, with a detailed review at every round.
The sample is where a brand is won or lost. Get it right and production is simply a matter of repetition; get it wrong and every unit carries the mistake. That's why we treat sampling as the most important stage of the whole process — not a formality to rush through.
We start from whatever you have: a full tech pack, a rough sketch, or a reference garment you'd like matched. Our pattern makers translate it into a first proto, then we review fit, construction, and finish together over a video call — backed by clear photos and measurements so nothing is lost in translation.
You get up to three revision rounds, and we don't push you toward production until the sample is genuinely right. When it is, we lock the spec into a written report so your bulk run starts from a fixed, agreed standard.
Three stages from your idea to an approved, production-ready sample.

We make a pattern from your tech pack, or reverse-engineer one from a reference garment, and cut a first prototype in a suitable stand-in fabric.
02
Up to three revision rounds, each reviewed on a video call with detailed photos and measurements — we note exactly what changes and why.
03
A written fit report and a graded measurement chart, so production begins from a locked specification rather than a moving target.
Typical lead time: 4–6 weeks for a first sample, depending on fabric availability and construction complexity.
