Services · Everything we manufacture

Everything you need to launch your collection.

From your first sketch to final delivery — sampling, production, fabric, and logistics managed end to end by a single English-speaking team in Dhaka.

One thing worth knowing while you compare custom clothing manufacturers: most of what comes back from that search decorates garments somebody else made. We cut and sew from your own pattern, which is what makes the fit, the fabric weight and the construction yours to decide rather than someone else’s to inherit — and it is the same answer whether you are one of the custom clothing manufacturers for startups shortlists or a brand already running full bulk.

What we make.

Fifteen categories, cut and sewn from your own pattern — every category starts from 50 pieces per style (how low-MOQ production works). Tell us which one you are developing and we’ll send the full breakdown — styles, fabrics, GSM, and organic options.

Common
questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

50 units per style for most woven and jersey products. Knitwear and structured tailoring may require 100 units depending on the factory. We confirm the MOQ at the consultation stage once we understand your product.

How long does the full process take — first contact to delivered goods?

Typically 50–55 days from first brief to delivered goods: about 15 days for sampling, 2 days for sign-off, 30 days for production and QC, and 5 days for shipping. Complex styles or fabric delays can add time; rush timelines are possible for some products — ask us at the consultation stage.

I don't have a tech pack — can you still work with me?

Yes. We can work from a reference garment, detailed sketches, or a mood board. Our pattern makers will create a full tech pack as part of the sample development process. We recommend at least some written notes on fit, fabric preference, and any must-have design details.

Do you handle shipping and customs clearance?

We can quote ex-factory (you arrange freight) or on a delivered-duty-paid basis where we handle everything to your door. We work with trusted freight forwarders for sea and air shipments. Customs documentation and compliance paperwork are included either way.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes — factory visits are encouraged. We can coordinate your trip to Dhaka and arrange factory walkthroughs, sampling reviews, and production floor visits. Many of our clients visit once before the first production run and build a longer-term relationship from there.
