Factory matching
We select and vet the right factory for your product type, fabric, and volume — and manage the relationship on your behalf.
Small-batch clothing production from 50 pieces per style — cut, sewn and finished in Dhaka, managed and quality-controlled by us at every stage, so you don't have to be on the ground to know it's being made right.
Most factories that can deliver quality won't look at a 100-unit order. The ones that will take small runs often can't communicate clearly, hit a deadline, or hold a consistent standard. That gap is exactly where independent brands get stuck.
We bridge it. We match your product to the right small-batch partner in our vetted network, handle fabric and trim procurement, and run quality control at every stage — inline during the run and a full inspection before anything ships.
You get one English-speaking point of contact, written updates with photos, and full documentation of the run. No surprises between the sample you approved and the cartons that arrive.
Three controls that keep a small run on-spec and on-time.

We select and vet the right factory for your product type, fabric, and volume — and manage the relationship on your behalf.
02
Quality is checked during production, not just at the end — so issues are caught and corrected before they multiply across the run.
03
A final inspection against your approved sample and spec, with a photo report, before the order is packed and dispatched.
Production is quoted per run and itemised — fabric, trim, CMT, and our fee shown as separate line items, so you always see where the cost sits.

MOQ means minimum order quantity — the smallest run a factory will produce per style. Many garment factories ask for 300 to 1,000 pieces or more. A low MOQ clothing manufacturer like us produces small batches, starting from 50 pieces per style, so new brands can launch and test designs without tying up capital in stock.
50 pieces per style for most woven and jersey products. Some knitwear and structured tailoring may need 100 pieces. We confirm the exact MOQ at the consultation stage once we understand your product.
Typically 50–55 days from brief to delivered goods: about 15 days for sampling, 2 days for sign-off, 30 days for production and QC, and 5 days for shipping. Complex styles or fabric delays can add time.
