Most garment factories are built for brands that are already running — brands with buying power and the volume to fill a line for weeks. Independent brands making their first run don’t fit that model. They’re treated as a risk, asked to commit to minimums they can’t afford, and left to navigate a production process they’ve never done before.
We built Apparel Specialist Ltd to close that gap. Knitting, cutting, sewing, washing, decoration and packing run under one management in Dhaka, with an English-speaking merchandising team as your single point of contact. We review every sample, manage every timeline, and nothing ships until it’s right.

Cut & sew
Cutting, sewing and finishing happen on our own dedicated lines, so your pattern is handled by operators who work on your product family every day.
Decoration studio
All five decoration methods run inside the factory, so artwork, placement and colour are checked on the same floor your garments are sewn on.
Denim washing plant
Our own wash unit, so denim shades and shrinkage are controlled and repeatable from the approved sample through every reorder.
Quality inspection
Inline inspection mid-production and a final check before packing — measurements, construction and finish checked against your approved sample.
Warehouse
Versatile storage for fabric, trims and finished goods, with flexible packing and dispatch when your order is ready to ship.

Sample before scale
No bulk until the sample is right. If a revision is needed we say so clearly — with photographs, measurements and written notes, not vague reassurances.

If your project isn’t right for us — wrong category, or better served elsewhere — we tell you on the first call. We’d rather lose a client than overpromise.
